How do you create positive energy so that you enjoy positive situations?
Think about what you want and write down what first comes to mind on thoughts and beliefs. See if positive or negative. If there is self doubt, or negative thought then you may have a negative belief tied in to the thought. Change ASAP
Track your thoughts throughout the week. Are they positive or negative? Change as many negative thoughts as you can. Track what you say to people in everyday conversations. You may surprise yourself at what you discover. If you find yourself saying negative things change those words.
